🚗 Parking & access
Follow the signage for the Equestrian Center; you'll also see “Burros in the Pines” arrows guiding the way.
- Trailering a burro: head straight to the stable area to park and unload.
- Volunteers, spectators & burro renters: park in the racetrack parking lot.
⛰️ Altitude & weather
At ~7,000 feet, Flagstaff runs 20°F cooler than Phoenix. Late June days are typically sunny and warm with cool mornings — bring layers, sunscreen, and more water than you think you need.
